Robert Gersten currently serves as chief development officer at Hyperion Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation, and is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of Hyperion's business performance management products which generated $750 million in sales in 2005. Prior to joining Hyperion, Gersten was a senior vice president for Platinum Technology, a provider of infrastructure software for database and systems management, application development and knowledge management. At Platinum, Gersten led a comprehensive product integration project across seven software development labs and successfully spearheaded five acquisitions that in total were valued at more than $400 million.

Ron Moore was one of the first Essbase certified consultants in the world.  He founded Marketing Technologies Group which specializes in Essbase training, consulting, and collaborative development.  MTG’s Oracle authorized training facility is located in New York City’s Wall Street district.  Ron has delivered projects for hundre ds of customers and is known for his ability reveal the mysteries of Essbase using real world examples from his more than fourteen years of hands-on field experience.
