Raj Mattamal

Formerly on the product team for Oracle Application Express, Raj Mattamal is a co-president of Niantic Systems, LLC. Before forming Niantic Systems, he was with Oracle for more than ten years helping customers in a wide range of industries deliver Web-based solutions on the Oracle Database. Raj's main focus within Oracle and even after Oracle has been Web application development using Oracle Application Express, a rapid application development feature of Oracle Database 10g. Beyond speaking and customer engagements, Raj has developed many Web systems for use internally at Oracle as well as by customers in various lines of business. He earned bachelor's degrees in decision and information studies as well as marketing from the University of Maryland.

Cary Millsap is an author, teacher, consultant, designer, and developer at Method-R Corporation. He wrote Optimizing Oracle Performance (O'Reilly 2003), for which he and co-author Jeff Holt were named Oracle Magazine's 2004 Oracle Author of the Year. Cary is also a woodworker who builds and repairs furniture in his own shop.

Ron Moore was one of the first Essbase certified consultants in the world. He founded Marketing Technologies Group which specializes in Essbase training, consulting, and collaborative development. MTG’s Oracle authorized training facility is located in New York City’s Wall Street district. Ron has delivered projects for hundre ds of customers and is known for his ability reveal the mysteries of Essbase using real world examples from his more than fourteen years of hands-on field experience.
Prior to founding MTG Ron worked for Manageware, developers of Compete!, one of the earliest desktop OLAP tools, and for The Alcar Group, who developed software for shareholder value and strategic financial planning. He also worked for the Futures Group, a futurist consulting firm and he also taught college economics. He holds bachelor and master degrees in economics from Boston University.
